Meditation

On Mondays and Wednesdays, doors open at 8:30 am for silent meditation practice. Meditation starts promptly at 8:45 am and ends at 9:15 am. (While meditation is in session, door will be locked.)
No experience necessary. Instructions will be given to newcomers.
